White hat SEO:

In sort White hat SEO means the normal way to optimize a site. if you follow the rules and regulation of search engine and do the optimization, then its called White hat SEO. i already told you that the basic thing of seo. Do this thing in a normal way is a white hat seo.If you stop doing -Link farms, Hidden text, clocking, spamming, Links baying or selling etc in your pages, then it is  White hat SEO. Recently Google update their frame security system and it is named "panda". you canget rid of it if you do the white hat not the black hat.

Black hat SEO:
Black hat seo is fully antonyms of  white hat seo. if you don't follow the search engine's rule when you optimize your site, it is black hat seo. to increase you page rank, if you do follow, then it is black seo:
