Micromax A106 Unite 2 will be the best choice in this price range. It contains the basic features a user would need. It comes with IPS capacitive touchscreen, 4.7 inches 480 x 800 pixels resolution, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB ROM (8 GB version is available), 5 MP back camera, 2MP front camera, 4.4.2 kitkat, 1.3 Quad core processor, Mali-400MP2 GPU, 2000 mah battery and OTG support.
But there will be a problem when you try to use OTG. It probably the kitkat bug issue. It keeps searching for pendrive. You can solve this problem by downgrading from kitkat. For those who don't want to downgrade ,just follow the simple steps below.

4. Open usb otg helper app
5. After giving root permission, click on mount
6. Now, open a file manager(recommended Xplore/Es file explorer)
7. Go to /storage/usbotgdrive/drive/here
You will see your mounted drive
